RULE 7. EXCEPTIONS
7.1. Exceptions
Exceptions shall be filed at such place and time, shall be in such form,
copies thereof served and disposition made thereof as local rules shall
prescribe .
Local Rule 7.1:1 Exceptions. Rules Governing.
- Proceedings Commenced Before The Register -- Orders and
decrees of a Hearing Judge entered upon appeal or upon certifications from the
Register shall become absolute as of course, unless written exceptions thereto
are filed with the Clerk within ten (10) days from the entry thereof.
- Other Exceptions -- Other exceptions shall be filed with the
Clerk within ten (10) days from entry of the decree or order, unless extended
by order of Court.
- Form of Exceptions -- Exceptions may be filed by any party to
rulings on objections to evidence, to statements or findings of fact, to
conclusions of law, or to the decree or adjudication nisi. Each exception shall
set forth a separate objection precisely and without discussion. Matters not
covered by exceptions are deemed waived, unless, prior to final decree, leave
is granted to file exceptions raising these matters.
