• Disaster Services - Preplanning; responding to and recovery from all disasters such as floods, tornados, snow storms, hazardous materials, spills, etc.
• Food Banks - Lead agency for surplus food program under USDA program, for state set- aside foundation to be used to purchase food for needy. Food obtained and distributed to 33 food banks thru Shenango Valley Food Warehouse.
• Housing Assistance - Funding for PA State Emergency Shelter Assistance to Salvation Army (short-term up to 1-2 weeks) and long term (Shenango Valley Urban League) for 30 days.
