| Meeting Information | Club membership meetings are held October thru April on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at the Chesterfield's Restaurant, Rt. 30, in the Irwin area (across from Norwin Shopping Center). Monthly meetings feature a variety of programs of interest to skiers, such as: Ski fashion shows, fitness sessions and discussions by ski patrol teams. | |
| Activities | Members can participate in organized ski events at Seven Springs including NASTAR racing and instruction for all levels of skiers. The club offers different trips each season to ski areas in Pennsylvania as well as a week-long western trip to a major ski resort. And, of course, club members always organize small groups during the ski season to ski together at some of the nearby ski resorts. During the past several years, the club has taken ski trips to Aspen, Big Sky, Whistler-Blackcomb, Banff / Lake Louise, Quebec, Steamboat, and Lake Tahoe, CA, just to name a few. Please email the club to find out the ski trips that are being planned for this year. The club also provides a full calendar of social events every month, many of them at the club's ski lodge located three miles from Seven Springs. Socials include: Halloween parties, Octoberfests, Autumnfests, Wine tasting, Corn Roasts, Christmas party, Spaghetti night, Pot Luck night and the annual Spring Banquet. | |
| Other Services | Club members can also take advantage of discount tickets and lesson packages at Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. Members receive the club's monthly newsletter publication of the Skizette. The Skizette contains articles, features, NewsFlakes (our gossip column), and a calendar of all upcoming ski activities and social events. | |
| Lodging | The club has a privately owned lodge, located just minutes from Seven Springs, built by club members. The three level spacious A-frame has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room, four sleeping rooms and men's and ladies' restrooms with showers. | |
| Dues | Annual membership fee is $25.00 per person. $10.00 for Junior members age 6 - 21. | |
